1. Introduction

The website Eitan Riklis Photography (hereinafter: "the Website") is operated and managed by Eitan Riklis, Phone: +972-54-5326844, Email: eitanriklis@gmail.com.
This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between the user (hereinafter: "the Customer") and the Website owner, and governs the terms of use, privacy policy, shipping, returns, cancellations, and intellectual property rights.
Use of the Website, placing an order, or providing personal details constitutes full acceptance of all the terms herein. If you do not agree – please refrain from using the Website.
This document is written in masculine form for convenience only, but refers equally to all genders.

Use of the Website is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above, holding a valid payment method in their name or with the consent of the payment method owner.
It is prohibited to provide false information, use another person’s payment details, copy or duplicate content from the Website without prior authorization.
The Website owner reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services and content at any time without prior notice.

Information collected: Full name, address, phone number, email, IP address, purchase details, and order history.
Collection methods: During purchases/payments on the Website or when filling out contact forms/newsletter subscription forms.
Payment processing: Credit card details are not stored on the Website. They are transferred directly to an authorized external payment processor via a secure protocol. We may retain only a transaction ID or the last four digits of the card number for invoicing adjustments and refunds.
Use of tools: The Website uses Cookies, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to improve user experience, generate statistics, and provide targeted marketing.
Information sharing: Information may be transferred to: (a) the payment processor for payment handling; (b) a shipping company for product delivery; (c) authorities as required by law. Information will not be sold to third parties.
Customer rights: Customers have the right to review, correct, and request deletion of information pursuant to Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law. For such requests, please contact: eitanriklis@gmail.com.
Data security incidents: In the event of a material data breach, notification will be provided to the Privacy Protection Authority and relevant customers in accordance with the law.

All images, photographs, designs, texts, and other content on the Website are the exclusive property of Eitan Riklis and are protected by copyright law. No copying, duplication, distribution, publication, or use of such content is permitted without prior written consent.
The purchase of a digital photograph grants a personal license for private use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Commercial use requires separate approval and licensing.
The purchase of a physical print grants ownership of the physical copy only, and does not transfer copyright in the work itself.

All prices displayed on the Website include VAT, where applicable by law.
Payments shall be made via credit card through a secure payment gateway. Additional payment methods may be offered in the future.
The Website owner may update prices from time to time. The final order price is as displayed on the Website at the time the order is completed.

Deliveries are made within Israel via courier service to the customer’s address.
The shipping cost within Israel is included in the product price.
Orders are dispatched within 7-14 business days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days.
Delays caused by the courier company, strikes, holidays, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of the Website owner.
Self-pickup is not available unless explicitly agreed upon with the Website owner.

A physical print may be returned within 14 business days from receipt, provided it has not been used, is kept in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Digital files cannot be returned (as they are delivered instantly and cannot be retrieved).
The cost of returning a product shall be borne by the Customer.
A refund will be issued after deduction of a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.

An order may be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
If cancellation occurs after shipment, the cost of shipping both ways shall apply, and the Website owner may deduct the cancellation fee as specified above.

Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences in color/printing between the screen display and the actual product may occur.
The Website owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Website or its products.
The Website does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and technical issues or service interruptions may occur.
Product liability is limited to its monetary value at the time of purchase.

The Website owner may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect upon its publication.
Use of the Website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
